After two years as an apprentice, I joined Thales on a permanent contract. Since September 2024, I have been in charge of internal communication for the Southern region, managing two apprentices. My role includes organizing internal events, producing content (visuals, videos, articles), supporting the deployment of strategic messages, and ensuring communication flows to employees. I am also the national contact point for Internal Communication topics related to Digital, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence.

I worked at WE ARE CONTENT(S), a production company focused on architecture. This experience strengthened my eye for architectural aesthetics, detail, and creative framing in photography and video. I was also involved in the management and development of the company’s website, linking audiovisual production with digital skills.

A program covering communication and marketing strategies: internal communication, brand management, storytelling, digital campaigns, content production, and project management. The apprenticeship format gave me the opportunity to directly apply these skills in a professional environment.

A two-year program focused on software development, systems, and computer logic. It gave me a solid understanding of how machines and systems work, as well as a structured approach to managing technical projects. This background allows me to collaborate effectively with engineers and technicians by understanding their methods and constraints.
